Tree Limb Pick-Up

Again this season, the City will offer a tree limb pick-up service from October 1, 2018 through April 22, 2019 in accordance with the schedule. 

Pick-Up Guidelines

The rules will also be the same as last year and are as follows:

  • Tree limbs must be placed at the curb for pickup on Monday of your pickup week
  • Tree limbs must be no larger than 3 inches in diameter as well as no longer than 8 feet in length and must be stacked with the cut end facing the street.
  • Yard waste items should be bundled, bagged, or loose in the trash can for pickup by the trash collector on Yard Waste Day (Wednesday). These items include
    • Bushes
    • Grass
    • Ground cover
    • Thorn bushes
    • Tree leaves
    • Twigs
    • Vines
    • Small branches
  • Construction materials like lumber, plywood and any type fencing or wire will not be picked up and should be handled by a private hauler or contact the trash hauler.
  • The tree limb pick-up is limited to single family residences (no apartments or condominiums), and each residence will be limited to a maximum of 3 hours of service each season (October 1 through April 22).
  • This service is intended to help residents who trim their trees. It is not intended to replace cleanup of tree limbs that do not originate on your lot.
  • On weeks with Monday holidays, tree limb pick-up begins on Tuesday.
