In order to obtain a Demolition Permit from the City of Bridgeton, please submit everything listed in the Demolition Permit Packet (PDF).
The City of Bridgeton requires all documents on this list in order to issue a Demolition permit. No exceptions. If all documents are not submitted at the same time, processing delays will occur - we will not be able to review an application until all documents have been submitted.
The Demolition Permit fee is $150.
Please allow at least 5 business days of processing time.
