Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning & Zoning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council regarding zoning and subdivision issues, and has all powers and duties granted and assigned to the Planning Commission and Zoning Commission under Chapter 89, Missouri Revised Statutes, and such other powers and duties granted and assigned to it by law or by ordinance.

The Commission is made up of 13 members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of every month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers. The Planning Commission agenda is posted on the website calendar one week prior to the meeting. An archive of previous meeting agendas and approved minutes are also available for viewing.
