I was a witness\victim of a crime committed criminal alien. How can I find out what their status is?
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), is committed to protecting the public and ensuring that the rights of victims are carefully observed. HSI administers the Victim Notification Program which allows eligible victims and witnesses to obtain reliable and timely information regarding a criminal alien's release from custody. However, victims and witnesses are required to register with HSI in order to receive notification of a criminal alien's release.

The City Council of the City of Bridgeton has passed an Ordinance to allow for Archery Deer Hunting within the City Limits of Bridgeton. There are many regulations that one must comply with before any hunting is permitted. I urge anyone to review the attached Ordinance for this important information, prior to the start of any hunting activity.
All hunting shall conform to all state regulations as defined by the Missouri Department of Conservation and all current laws of the State of Missouri shall be obeyed. Application forms for Notification of Intent To Hunt by the property owners and applications for a Permit To Hunt are available at the Bridgeton Police Department.
Remember, safety is the most important aspect to keep in mind. Hunt safe and contact the Bridgeton Police Department for any questions.Permits are required for the following:
Residential: Fences (including replacements), decks, garages, storage buildings (over 120 square feet), swimming pools, all structural remodels or repair, roof trusses and decking (but not shingles), satellite dishes, all additions, fire damage or repair, retaining walls over 4 foot, demolition, fireplaces and stoves, carport and patio covers.Permits are not required for: painting, flooring, cabinetry, siding, roof shingles, and gutters.

Yes, all home sales, new construction, and rental property require the submittal of an application for an occupancy permit. For all home sales and new construction we will issue a certificate of occupancy. Please note that we DO NOT issue a certificate of occupancy for rental property.

- You will need to have proof of residency (Missouri driver’s license or Parks and Recreation I.D. card) and one of the following: a current, unpaid utility bill, current voter’s registration card or personal property tax receipt bearing your name and address. For new residents a Bridgeton occupancy permit or valid lease will be accepted in lieu of non-photo I.D. requirements. Payments can be made by cash, check or charge (MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa).

- The facility is available to all users, regardless of residency, however, non-residents are required to pay a daily admission price or purchase a pass in order to use the facilities. In addition, some programs and events conducted by the department may only be open to residents of the city.
- Anyone who lives or owns a business within the City of Bridgeton is eligible for resident rates on programs and services. Maryland Heights residents with a valid Maryland Heights ID card receive resident rates on Bridgeton passes, greens fees and most programs excluding summer camp and athletic league registrations.
- The cities of Bridgeton and Maryland Heights have a reciprocal agreement that allows their residents to buy pool memberships and register for programs at the others resident rates.
- At this time we cannot accept on-line registrations for programs or for any memberships. Please visit us at the community center or call 314-739-5599 to register for programs over the phone with a current Parks and Recreation ID card and valid credit card.
- Both cities maintain their own databases. We do offer resident rates to both cities’ residents, but you must register at the facility that the program is being held.
- The City of Bridgeton supports the Americans with Disabilities Act and welcomes everyone to participate regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin or disability. If assistance is needed, call Nicole Osheroff, Inclusion Coordinator at 314-839-5575 or use relay Missouri by calling 800-735-2966. TDD is available 8:30 a.m-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- We sell gift certificates in any denominations which can be used for programs or memberships. Please stop by the front desk to purchase your certificate.
- Unfortunately we have a limited number of lockers for use in our facility. Therefore all items must be taken with you when you leave. For your security we ask that you bring a lock or check one out at our front desk.
- If you are not satisfied with a class or service or are unable to participate for health reasons, please contact us immediately. Our policy is to provide a 100% refund to anyone who makes a request prior to the class or program start date. After a class or membership has started a prorated refund may be given.

- Yes, the pools are available to rent, but we are a public facility so rentals must be scheduled

desk of the Bridgeton Community Center. - All efforts are made to keep the indoor pool temperature around 84-85 degrees.

- Yes, lockers are available free of charge. For the indoor pool, you may bring your own lock or
check one out at the front desk of the Bridgeton Community Center. For the Family Aquatic Park
you must have two quarters which will be returned when you return the key to the locker. - The shallow end of the indoor pool is four feet deep; the deep end is 13 feet deep. Swimming
adults are required for children under 48 inches tall. - The outdoor pool has a zero depth entry so the depth of the outdoor pool ranges from 0 feet at
the zero depth entry to 12 feet 6 inches in the deep end. The majority of the pool is around 3 feet
6 inches. - No.
- Yes, however, if your child is under the age of 8 or 48” tall they must be directly supervised in the water by someone 18 years of age or older. Our lifeguards are not to directly supervise individual children.
- Diapers are designed to absorb liquid. Disposable diapers have been known to explode and contaminate pool water.

- No, the community center is an alcohol and tobacco-free facility.
- The City of Bridgeton operates and maintains three regional parks, six neighborhood parks and a nine-hole golf course. The regional parks include Gentry Park, the Bridgeton Municipal Athletic Complex (BMAC), and Riverwoods Trail and Park. Neighborhood parks include Bridgeway Park, Hellebusch Park, Matthews Park, McKelvey Park, O’Connor Park and Spanish Village Park.
- The department starts taking reservation for the upcoming year beginning January 2nd. The park season begins April 1st and ends on October 31st. During the operating season the park is open from sunrise to dusk each day, however, pavilion rentals don’t begin until 10 am. - The weight and cardio rooms are open to everyone 16 years of age or older. For safety reasons, no one under the age of 16 is allowed in these rooms.
- Reservations are taken at the community center. You can also reserve them by phone if you have a current Parks and Recreation ID card and valid credit card. Contact the community center at (314) 739-5599 for availability or reservations.
- The community center has a six-lane, 25 yard competitive swimming pool, weight and cardio facilities, gymnasium, game room, locker rooms, racquetball courts, meeting and conference rooms. Along with these physical amenities, the community center offers adult and youth fitness programs, recreational programs and classes, volunteer opportunities, senior citizen programs, special events and activities.
- Bridgeton residents receive resident rates at Maryland Heights’ all Maplewood and Brentwood facilities and programs. All parks in Richmond Heights, Brentwood, Maplewood and Clayton are for public use. Certain facilities within the parks (pools, skating rinks, pavilions, sports fields, etc.) may be restricted to residents only or an additional fee may be charged for non-residents.
- You must where closed toe shoes and appropriate fitness related clothing, such as shorts, sweat pants, a T-shirt and tennis shoes. No jeans, belts, cutoffs or sandals are permitted.
- Yes, we ask that you limit use of cardio equipment to 30 minutes during peak times.
- Yes, as long as you have an appropriate suit under the T-shirt.
- The parks and recreation program does not directly operate any youth sports leagues. The Bridgeton Athletic Association (BAA), a parent-run youth sports programs utilizes our park department facilities to offer youth baseball, softball, and soccer programs. The Bridgeton Swim Club Flying Tigers is a parent-run, USA Swimming-affiliated, competitive swim team which uses the community center pool. For additional information please contact: Joe Howell @ 314-280-2704 or visit their website: www.bridgetonswimclub.com - Bridgeton is fortunate to have two Meals on Wheels programs. The program offered through the Bridgeton Community Center is available only to Bridgeton and Maryland Heights residents at a cost of $3.50 per meal. The Mid-East Area Agency on Aging (MEAAA) also provides meals to Bridgeton residents as well as many other north county municipalities at a rate of $3.25 per meal. To sign up for the Bridgeton program, contact the Senior Office at (314) 739-5599 or for the MEAAA program at (314) 739-5572.
- The Mid-East Area Agency on Aging (MEAAA) operates a senior center Monday-Friday from 9 am-3pm for older adults ages 60 and older. The lunch program has a suggested donation cost of $3.25 per meal and participants are encouraged to make advanced reservations. MEAAA also hosts a number of programs and activities in conjunction with their lunch program. For more information or to make reservations call (314) 739-5572.

- Yes! The city extends the same parks and recreation privileges afforded our residents to the non-resident business owners within our community and their immediate family members. These privileges include use of the Bridgeton Community Center, reduced rates on pool admissions, golf course greens fees, facility rentals, recreation programs and more!
Privileges are only extended to the person(s) identified on a current City of Bridgeton Business License as the owner or managing officer and their immediate family. Immediate family is defined as no more than two adults and all related children under the age of twenty-three and living at the same address.
To apply, bring a copy of your current business license and one form of photo identification to the Bridgeton Community Center, and request a Non-Resident Business Owner ID Card. The cost of each card is $5 and it allows you to receive your privileges for twelve months from the date of issuance. - Business owners are required by ordinance to register their alarm system and provide the police department with updated emergency information.

Request may be made in person at the Records counter, between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a fee to obtain a police report, which may be paid in cash or by check, payable to the City of Bridgeton.

City of Bridgeton residents must apply for a concealed carry permit at the St. Louis County Police Department Headquarters, located at 7900 Forsyth Boulevard, 63105. Clerks are available between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Applicants are required to:- Appear in person to the endorsement application location.
- Provide a valid Missouri Driver’s License, Non-Driver’s license or Military ID and orders.
- Complete the application affirming that all qualifications have been met.
- Submit a photocopy of the firearms qualification certification.
- Pay the set fee - Check, cash or money order made payable to Treasurer - St. Louis County
- The general public can obtain a criminal record check of conviction information from the Bureau of Central Police Records in Clayton. You are required to bring your Social Security Card plus one of the following types of identification: Missouri Driver’s License, State I.D., Military I.D. or birth certificate.
